Art Training International was conceived as way to help people all over the world learn how to draw using the easiest and best techniques from the greatest artists and art teachers.

Every teacher has their own way and own languaging for teaching art. But many times the presentation just isn't as clear or step-wise as you would like. And add that to the problem that as soon as you start learning art you are picking it up in your logical "left brain", not the artists' right brain.

So, presenting art to adapt to these two issues has been the goal of Art Training International.

And the techniques that we present are based on nearly 40 years of art teaching, so you will be in the best of hands with the easiest to use multimedia techniques that are available today.

Paul Wagner

Paul Wagner has been an artist and teacher for 20 years and has received the acclaim of of his students worldwide. He has helped art students around the world in finding the artist inside themselves.

He lives in Thousand Oaks, California and shows his art locally.

Paul founded Art Training International as a place for artists to use their skills as teachers to help people around the world become the artists that are craving to be released.

Julinya De Vince

Julinya De Vince is a professional artist specializing in commission work and original art.  She is local resident of Oak Park, CA and currently teaches in a private studio at Art Training International as well as creative workshops and seminars. 

For more than 30 years Julinya has been teaching artists of all ages in private classes from true beginners in sketching and drawing to advanced oil and water-color artists.
